Sharing the Gospel is central to who we are as followers of Jesus Christ. As an association of Southern Baptist churches, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to hear the Good News of God’s love and the salvation found through Jesus Christ.
Jesus commanded His followers to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19–20). We seek to fulfill that calling by encouraging and equipping our churches to share Christ through everyday conversations, community outreach, missions, and acts of love. Together, we pray to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel.
A Prayer of Faith
If you are ready to place your faith in Jesus Christ, you can pray something like this:
“Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. I believe You died on the cross for my sins and rose again to give me eternal life. I turn from my sin and place my trust in You alone as my Lord and Savior. Thank You for Your forgiveness and for the gift of eternal life. Help me to follow You every day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
